At Healthin Pocket Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to provide high-quality services
and maintain transparency in all transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions
under which a refund or cancellation may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
All services, including the ₹66,000/year Doctor Digital Visibility Kit and other packages, require upfront annual payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund requests will be accepted only within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible, the Client must provide a valid reason for requesting a refund along with proof of purchase.
After the 5-day period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Any portion of the service already delivered or initiated before the refund request.
Third-party platform fees, advertising spends, or expenses incurred on behalf of the Client.
Requests made after the 5-day eligibility period.
3. Cancellation Policy
By the Client:
Clients may cancel their service at any time by sending a written request a month before to [Support Email].
Early cancellations do not entitle the Client to a pro-rata refund for unused service duration.
By the Company:
Healthin Pocket Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel the agreement for reasons including (but not limited to) non-payment, breach of contract, or misuse of services.
In such cases, no refund will be provided for the remaining service term.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Disputes
Any disputes relating to refunds or cancellations will be handled in accordance with our
Terms & Conditions, under the jurisdiction of Karnataka, India.
