2. Scope of Services
These Terms & Conditions apply to:
- The ₹66,000/year Doctor Digital Visibility Kit
- Any other packages, services, or offers provided by Healthin Pocket Pvt Ltd, whether now or in the future.
3. Payment Terms
All services require upfront annual payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A refund is only possible if requested within 5 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, or other methods specified by the Company.
4. Client Obligations
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and approvals.
Supply branding materials, images, and content as requested.
Ensure that all content provided does not infringe any third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All creative assets (designs, videos, content) developed remain the intellectual property of Healthin Pocket Pvt Ltd until posted on the Client’s social media channels.
Once posted, the Client receives non-exclusive usage rights for their own business purposes.
The Company may use completed works in its portfolio or for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
6. Termination
Healthin Pocket Pvt Ltd may terminate this Contract with immediate effect if:
The Client fails to pay any amount due on time.
The Client breaches obligations and does not remedy within 14 days of written notice.
The Client is unable to pay debts, suspends operations, or ceases business.
The Client becomes bankrupt or incapacitated.
The Company decides to terminate for any other reasonable cause.
Additional Terms:
- In the event of termination or service closure, Healthin Pocket may temporarily suspend, change, or retain usernames and passwords for managed accounts until pending dues are cleared.
- Only the Company may terminate this agreement during its validity.
- If the Client wishes to terminate early, they must submit a written request stating reasons, and the agreement will be deemed invalid only upon clearance of all payments.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
We do not guarantee specific results, financial returns, or number of leads.
Social Media Maintenance Services manage accounts but do not ensure business success.
Outcomes depend on external factors such as demand, pricing, and client strategy.
The Company is not liable for delays caused by missing/inaccurate Client information.
No claim can be brought more than six (6) months after the cause of action arises.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka.
9. Dispute Resolution
Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through mediation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to arbitration in Karnataka. If arbitration is not suitable, matters will be referred to the courts of Karnataka.
10. Changes to Terms
Healthin Pocket Pvt Ltd may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
